Refund Policy
At Wellfare Institute of Science, Technology & Management, we strive to maintain transparency in fee transactions. Our refund policy applies only to fee payments and is subject to the following conditions:
1. Admission Cancellation & Fee Refund
• If a student cancels admission before the commencement of classes, the refund will be processed as per university/college regulations.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration office along with supporting documents.
• A deduction may apply based on the timing of the cancellation and processing charges.
2. Tuition Fee Refund
• No refund will be granted once the academic session has begun.
• If a student withdraws before the start of the semester, a partial refund may be provided as per the institution’s guidelines.
• In case of exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), the management may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
3. Other Fees
• Examination, library, transport, and other auxiliary fees are non-refundable.
4. Mode & Timeline of Refund
• Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or the original payment method.
• The refund process may take 15-30 working days from the date of approval.
